The Agena Group is a technology-driven company in the field of digital parking management. With solutions based on automatic license plate recognition (ANPR), data, and automation, we help operators manage their parking areas more efficiently and economically. To build our German business, we are looking for someone who not only executes sales but actively shapes it. As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for market expansion – from the first deals to building a scalable sales structure. The role is specifically aimed at people from the parking management or mobility industry who want to take the next step: Away from mere implementation – towards genuine responsibility. Job Responsibility:
Building and managing the sales pipeline in Germany (end-to-end)
Identification and acquisition of new customers (e.g. operators, real estate, retail, healthcare, mobility hubs)
Building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers
Management of complex sales processes (including tenders where relevant)
Developing a deep understanding of the market (competition, pricing logic, customer needs)
Close collaboration with operations and project teams for successful implementation
Contributing to the development of go-to-market strategy, pricing, and positioning
Building scalable sales processes and using the CRM system (Zoho)
Representation of the company in the market (customer meetings, events, partnerships)
Preparing to build a local sales team
Requirements:
Experience in digital parking management, mobility, parking operations or related fields is desirable
Background in sales, business development or account management
A good understanding of the economic and operational logic of parking areas
Existing network in the German market is an advantage
Ability to independently manage sales processes and close deals
Entrepreneurial thinking combined with pragmatic implementation
Confident demeanor when dealing with decision-makers
Very good German skills (C1+) and good English skills (B2+)
Requirement: Permanent residence and work permit in Germany
