Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage the Southern Greece sales team, setting targets and coaching for high performance
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key distributors, ensuring alignment with sales objectives
Develop and grow strategic key accounts, including major HoReCa clients
Coordinate and oversee promotional activities, campaigns, and brand initiatives in the region
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events, enhancing visibility and client engagement
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Executive, ideally in the HoReCa sector
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in HoReCa and distributor management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Strategic thinking and ability to develop key accounts
