Job Description:

Global Payment Solutions (GPS) is made up of almost 10,000 colleagues across 58 countries and territories. This business is uniquely positioned to help clients make payments across borders, currencies and regulations, quickly and efficiently with dedicated in-country and regional support. Our expertise in this area is repeatedly recognised by the industry’s most prominent publications and associations with numerous global, regional, and country awards. We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Sales Manager, Global Banking Corporate. You will be focusing on Global Network Banking Corporates.

Job Responsibility:

Develop business opportunities with Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) and GPS sales teams
Formulate client engagement strategies to enhance HSBC's cash management wallet share
Price, review, and negotiate cash management services for regional clients
Build strong client relationships through consultative advice on cash management and working capital solutions
Manage RfP proposal processes and create client-centric presentations
Ensure excellent client service and implementation experience

Requirements:

Solid experience in cash management or transaction banking
Experience in multinational relationship management or corporate treasury will also be considered
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain client relationships
Global mindset with managerial, communication, organizational, decision-making, and analytical skills
Fluency in English and Chinese
