Job Description:

Join the Four Points by Sheraton team at Marriott International as a Sales Manager. Be part of a welcoming and supportive team environment, contributing to global guest satisfaction while developing professional skills.

Job Responsibility:

Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
Determine and give complimentaries to guests
Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
Assist management in training and motivating employees
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Monitor performance to ensure adherence to quality expectations

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
No supervisory experience
