Job Responsibility
Giving tours and creating a welcoming first impression for families
Calling, texting, and emailing leads to schedule trial classes
Following up with families after trials and converting them into memberships
Explaining the KidStrong program and answering parent questions
Managing leads and member information in CRM systems like GloFox
Supporting member retention and maintaining relationships with families
Assisting with front desk operations and customer service
Works closely with the KidStrong General Manager to ensure that the staff and Center are looked after
Builds and maintains KidStrong class size through scheduling optimization
Communicate with staff for all trials and anything they need to know about the members
Provides and maintains the highest level of customer service
Requirements
Prior experience in outbound phone sales is strongly preferred
Strong sales mentality and comfortability with sales efforts
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings during the week (4p-730p) and weekends (at least 1 weekend morning 9a-230p)
Be promotional-oriented and have the ability to schedule trials with a thorough vetting process
Understanding of all performance metrics (KPIs), revenue, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Entrepreneurial spirit with an open, participative leadership style and drive for excellence
Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor
Practical work experience using Microsoft Office products as well as G-Suite
Fitness, retail, and/or hospitality industry experience preferred
Required to work at least three (3) weekday nights and at least one (1) weekend day
