At Cosentino we are looking for a Sales Manager located in Tulsa, OK who will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment, in full expansion, surrounded by numerous challenging projects that you can be part of.
Job Responsibility:
Develop, manage, and grow Cosentino's commercial, Builder, and retail sales division
Serve as client's main point of contact
Actively identify, pursue, and increase sales and brand loyalty
Develop and execute strategies to increase sales plans
Present and sell company products to clients
Ensure customers have adequate marketing materials
Manage customer relationships
Increase market share by elevating displays
Manage account reports and sales budget
Assist with corporate account rollout programs
Coordinate and promote Cosentino products with Universities and Associations
Represent and promote Cosentino in commercial construction community
Develop relationships with builders, architects, designers, etc.
Evaluate, negotiate, close, and execute contracts
Requirements:
4+ years of sales or field merchandising experience
2+ years of commercial, Builder & K&B sales experience
Communication: Oral & Written
Capacity to develop workshops or industry-related events
Computer skills: Office Suite, CRM system (i.e. Salesforce)
High School / GED
Nice to have:
Stone fabrication or distribution experience
Experience with Customer database - Salesforce preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
