Purpose of the Job: Achieving and exceeding sales targets within their designated territory or market segment. Leading and motivating a sales team, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and fostering strong client relationships. Job Description: Lead the assigned sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and motivation to achieve individual and team sales goals. Develop and implement a territory-specific sales plan aligned with the broader commercial strategy set by the Commercial Manager. Establish clear sales objectives by creating quotas and sales plans for the assigned team. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them. Oversee the development of sales materials and presentations tailored to the needs of specific customer segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new key clients across designated industry verticals. Manage and grow existing client relationships through effective account management and cross-selling of multiple products and logistics solutions. Monitor sales team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement. Implement initiatives to enhance sales conversion rates and optimize sales team efficiency. Participate in the talent management process by supporting the development and training of the sales team. Regularly report sales performance metrics to the Commercial Manager. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to sales activities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business or any other field
At least 7 years sales experience, preferably in related industry
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
