Requirements:
3+ years managing sales teams within a financial institution call/contact center
Proven track record of leading teams to exceed sales goals
Strong coaching and performance management skills (huddles, 1:1s, call reviews)
Hands-on leadership style
comfortable working directly with reps
Experience with cross-sell and/or telemarketing environments
Working knowledge of financial products and compliance
Proficient in Excel and sales tracking tools
