Job Description:

Sales Manager responsible for overseeing sales operations, expanding market reach, managing teams, building client relationships, analyzing data, and collaborating with logistics.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead Sales Operations: Oversee and manage sales activities across regions
  • Market Expansion: Develop strategies to expand market reach and increase sales revenue
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor Area Sales Managers and sales teams to achieve targets
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including retailers, distributors, brands, and stockists
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform decision-making and strategy
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 2-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction materials industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel within regions which was allocated to sales persons
