Job Responsibility:
Lead & Inspire a High-Performing Team: Drive a culture of excellence by training and mentoring a dynamic sales force, utilizing regular performance appraisals and tailored development plans to ensure long-term retention and growth
Strategic Market Development: Identify and capitalize on high-potential growth opportunities through meticulous sales data analysis, market intelligence, and the active pursuit of relevant tender opportunities to maximize ROI
Operational & Compliance Excellence: Oversee the seamless execution of sales force automation (SFA) systems and ensure the team maintains strict adherence to SOPs, expense budgets, and company policies
Stakeholder Engagement & Brand Advocacy: Foster strong relationships with key customers and medical channels while representing the brand at major trade shows and industry events to maintain a competitive edge in the market
Requirements:
Proven track record in more than 5 years of pharmaceutical sales is essential
Deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and competitive landscape
Experience in managing, training, and inspiring high-performing sales teams
Strong background in selling to OTC and/or medical channels, including tender management
