Job Description:

Proactively identifying cash management opportunities and developing them for actual revenue generation; establishing new cash management business relationships and strengthening existing ones, whilst ensuring fair outcomes for all types of customers; leading the communication of new products, propositions and relevant market information to customers; drafting/executing business plans & strategies to originate new business, as well as increasing revenue for existing ones, in order to achieve underlying business growth, sales or revenue targets; collaborating with internal stakeholders, which may include relationship managers and product specialists, to maximise cross-selling opportunities for the bank; participating in events, initiatives and activities to develop business opportunities; protecting the bank's reputation and ensuring an acceptable risk profile, whilst deepening your understanding of the client through credit and customer due diligence reviews.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • 7-10 year-long broad customer-facing career experiences in financial institutions. Especially career experiences in bank’s cash/treasury management strongly preferred
  • effective communication skills and strong ability to interact with various stakeholders
  • English & Korean capabilities for both internal stakeholders and external customers, both in verbal & written
  • excellent presentation skills and deal negotiation capabilities
  • strong teamplayer spirit and interpersonal skills

Nice to have:

strategic acumen & analytical skillsets for account planning, sales & marketing activities, business analysis
