We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Manager to drive commercial activities across North America and India. This role will focus on developing strategic growth plans, expanding market presence, and building strong customer relationships within the automotive and mobility sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales or project management, with expertise in embedded systems and automotive technologies.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the primary point of contact for all commercial topics across North America and India
Develop and execute strategic business and sales plans to drive revenue growth
Define and implement market strategies aligned with corporate objectives
Ensure order intake meets annual budgets and business plans
Facilitate meetings and track program and sales progress
Collaborate with Project Managers to validate bids and present proposals to customers
Negotiate pricing based on change requests, cost drivers, and market conditions
Analyze, negotiate, and close contracts, including managing claims when required
Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure long-term relationship management
Identify and develop new customers, markets, and business opportunities
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Participate in management reviews and provide strategic insights
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
8+ years of experience in technical sales or project management
Proven track record in demand generation, pipeline development, and revenue growth
Prior experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 automotive suppliers
Experience working in a global or overseas-based company environment is preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute business growth strategies
Demonstrated experience engaging with customer executive teams
Nice to have:
Knowledge of embedded software, sensors, TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems), or wireless electronics
Experience in the mobility sector (automotive, commercial vehicles, heavy vehicles)
Familiarity with cost drivers, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations
