Job Responsibility:
Elevate the founders out of the day-to-day and help drive their next stage of UK growth
Be the bridge between the senior leadership team and the field
Managing and developing a growing team
Shaping the commercial strategy for nationwide expansion
Lead 2 direct reports, coach them to success
Build smart, scalable sales plans that unlock huge amounts of low-hanging fruit across the UK on-trade
Requirements:
London-based
3–5 years of sales experience in BWS — ideally with beer, kegs or draught
Managed at least one direct report and knows how to motivate, coach and elevate a team
A strategic mindset – this role is about leadership and structured growth, not pure cold-calling
Relationship-driven
confident in-venue and commercially switched-on
A natural leader who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting
