Strong experience in exhibitions, events, and sponsorship sales. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, developing sponsorship opportunities, and building long-term partnerships that maximize the commercial success of exhibitions and related events.
Job Responsibility:
Identify, target, and secure new exhibitors, sponsors, and partners
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
Generate leads through market research, networking, industry events, and outreach
Pitch exhibition space, sponsorship packages, branding opportunities, and add-on services
Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and contracts
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, sponsors, and stakeholders
Understand client objectives and recommend suitable exhibition and sponsorship solutions
Ensure high client satisfaction and retention rates
Manage contract negotiations and closing deals
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities
Provide insights to support event positioning, pricing, and sponsorship packages
Collaborate with marketing and production teams to align commercial strategies
Work closely with event operations teams to ensure sponsor deliverables are fulfilled
Attend exhibitions and industry events to represent the company and strengthen networks
Support onsite client management when required
Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and KPIs
Prepare regular sales reports and performance analyses
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Events Management, or related field
3-7 years of experience in exhibition sales, event sponsorship sales, or related B2B sales role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent presentation and communication abilities
Ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers
Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness
Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
