Sales Manager - New Car BMW Sales. Average 5 day week | 1‑in‑2 Saturdays | OTE £86,000. At Williams, our Sales Managers do far more than deliver results, they inspire teams, drive performance and create an outstanding customer journey. Based in our new car department at Williams Liverpool, this role offers the chance to lead from the front in a fast-paced, premium retail environment. This is more than a traditional Sales Manager role. At Williams, you’ll lead a team within a high‑performing, premium brand environment, supported by strong stock availability, clear processes and a business that invests in both its people and its performance.

Job Responsibility

  • Leading and developing the sales team to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer experiences
