As a Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth by developing key markets and building strong client relationships across assigned segments. You will play a strategic role in positioning the hotel, identifying new business opportunities, and securing high-value partnerships. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams, you will contribute to achieving commercial goals while elevating brand awareness.
Job Responsibility
Develop assigned markets and grow revenue across leisure, corporate, and group segments
Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities through strategic sales activities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize revenue and market share
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through active prospecting and client engagement
Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and participate in sales trips and marketing campaigns
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and confirm business aligned with revenue goals
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to support strategy
Maintain accurate data and account management within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Delphi)
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hotel sales or a related commercial role
Proven track record in achieving revenue targets and developing business
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Strategic, analytical, and results-driven mindset
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Good understanding of local market trends and competitor landscape
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce / Delphi preferred)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
