Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth by developing key markets and building strong client relationships across assigned segments. You will play a strategic role in positioning the hotel, identifying new business opportunities, and securing high-value partnerships. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams, you will contribute to achieving commercial goals while elevating brand awareness.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop assigned markets and grow revenue across leisure, corporate, and group segments
  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities through strategic sales activities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
  • Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize revenue and market share
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through active prospecting and client engagement
  • Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and participate in sales trips and marketing campaigns
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and confirm business aligned with revenue goals
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to support strategy
  • Maintain accurate data and account management within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Delphi)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hotel sales or a related commercial role
  • Proven track record in achieving revenue targets and developing business
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic, analytical, and results-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Good understanding of local market trends and competitor landscape
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce / Delphi preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
