Job Responsibility:
Cultivate a client-centric culture across all departments to drive loyalty and repeat business
Execute strategic sales plans to achieve measurable and incremental revenue growth
Optimize commercial levers, including pricing, inventory availability, and distribution strategies
Reactivate underperforming accounts through targeted outreach and portfolio analysis
Conduct high-impact market visits and presentations to strengthen partnerships with agencies and corporate clients
Synthesize market feedback to influence pricing, packaging, and product innovation
Bridge Sales and Operations to ensure flawless delivery for groups, events, and VIP guests
Champion cross-functional collaboration to guarantee a seamless and premium guest experience
Requirements:
4–6 years of hotel sales experience, ideally in 4★ or 5★ urban properties
A university degree
Excellent knowledge of the market and its operations
Proven success in Corporate and Group segments, with a strong MICE network in Athens
Persuasive communication skills, with fluency in Greek and English (extra languages preferred)
Strategic negotiation and presentation abilities to drive high-level partnerships
Tech-savvy proficiency in MS Office and hospitality systems (Fidelio, Webhotelier, CRM)
