We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to join their Professional Sales team. This is a quota-carrying role designed for a commercial hunter who thrives on building relationships at the executive level. Job Responsibility:
Strategic Business Development: Formulate and execute a robust sales strategy to penetrate your assigned target industry group
Account Management & Growth: Build and sustain strong, lasting relationships within specific Named Accounts
Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and compile market intelligence to refine sales tactics
Sales Operations: Maintain rigorous control over the sales process using CRM tools
Requirements:
At least 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, specifically in selling equipment, machinery, or technical solutions
Strong existing network in ONE or MORE of the following sectors: Building Services / Facility Management, Hospitality / Hotels, Logistics / Warehousing, Industrial / Manufacturing
Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM systems is essential
A self-starter with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced MNC environment
