We are looking for a Sales Manager to join the Novidea sales team and sell Docomotion, an advanced document generation solution. This role includes full ownership of the sales cycle, working closely with Mid-Market and Enterprise customers, and collaborating with SDRs, Pre-Sales, and Product teams.
Job Responsibility:
Own and manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, product demonstrations, trial or POC management, pricing, negotiation, and closing
Responsible for building and managing strategic partner relationships to drive indirect sales and expand market reach through channel partners
Work closely with Solution Engineers to deliver Docomotion’s document generation solutions to prospective customers in the most effective and efficient way
Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue using Salesforce
Continuously develop deep knowledge of the product, the Salesforce ecosystem, and the competitive landscape
Requirements:
Experience in an SDR/BDR role and 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS sales
Experience selling within the Salesforce ecosystem and understanding common business use cases
Experience selling complex, value-based solutions to Mid-Market and Enterprise customers
Demonstrated success in managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Nice to have:
Experience selling Document Generation, CPQ, CLM, or other Salesforce - native solutions
Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange and partner-led sales motions
Experience working closely with Solution Engineers or Pre-Sales teams
Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or similar)
