Job Description:

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets. This leadership position demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales, managing tender process and closing sales.

Job Responsibility:

Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and expand a robust client base, maximising satisfaction and repeat business
Revenue Generation: Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution, crafting compelling proposals
Process Excellence: Efficiently manage all aspects of the tendering process, from preparation to negotiation
Team Development: Coach and motivate sales professionals, tracking KPIs and fostering a collaborative environment
Global Collaboration: Partner with HQ to integrate regional sales strategies with corporate objectives and share critical market intelligence
Market Expansion: Proactively identify and pursue new business avenues, staying abreast of market dynamics

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree holder in any engineering field
Minimum 5 years of working experience in data centre is preferred
Has strong negotiation and stakeholders management skills
A good team player
