Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Manchester. The salary is comeptitive basic + commission (uncapped) with a £32,000 - £35,000 OTE.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee their market leading Manchester City Centre sales operation
  • To lead, encourage and motivate a high performing team
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential vendors

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Sales/Branch Manager in Estate Agency
  • Deep rooted knowledge of leasehold apartment sales, preferably in Manchester City Centre
  • Professional approach with excellent sales and marketing strategy implementation
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple KPI’s
  • Highly driven and target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Full Driving License required
