As a Sales Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for our national and international customer relations and, through your acquisition strength, you will open up new contractual partners to achieve our sales targets. Job Responsibility:
Striving to achieve the goals aligned within the business sector Precision Optics
Expanding our customer network, maintaining existing customer relationships and actively developing them into long-term partnerships
Executing our sales strategy
Supporting and working closely together with our division mangers, product management and R&D with regard to all 4P marketing activities including product life cycle management
Constantly monitoring market developments and trends and assuring input in the organization (e.g. Product Management, R&D)
Requirements:
Successfully completed scientific or technical degree, e.g. in physics, materials science, mechanical engineering or similar
At least first experience in sales, product management, R&D or Process Engineering
Ideally proven track record of successful business development, revenue increase and gain of market share
Good understanding in vacuum and thin film coating technology and/or optics
Business fluent in English
Trustworthy, convincing and loyal person with a high goal orientation
Strong customer and market focus and willing to go the extra mile
Nice to have:
knowledge of German is of advantage
