Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, managing various sales cycle demands effectively
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline while continuously educating customers about products, pricing, and market differentiators
Build and maintain client relationships to drive sales growth
Analyse market data for potential opportunities and adapt strategies as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring departmental alignment and synergy
Introduce process improvements and innovative technologies to the sales process
Participate in sales negotiations and contribute to deal closings
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 10 years of sales experience in selling IT services to either enterprise companies, FSI or GLC
Preferably someone from the system integrator environment and dealing directly with end users
Strong connections with stakeholders in either enterprise, manufacturing, FSI or GLC sectors
Proven track record in sales and sales enablement
Proficiency in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and market analysis
