Job Description:

As a Sales Manager, you will lead, develop, and coach Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). You will build on our existing success and strengthen the team by bringing new perspectives, business acumen, and sales excellence. The role is key in ensuring that we continue to foster a transparent, collaborative, competent, and high-performing Sales Development team, in close partnership with other Sales Managers and Leadership teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Recruit, onboard, and coach a team of Sales Development Representatives, setting them up to achieve yearly targets
  • Develop, mentor, and coach each team member to help them reach their full potential and drive high performance
  • Lead the operational work of the SDR team
  • Provide daily and weekly team and individual coaching to help the team evolve and prosper
  • Offer hands-on support to SDRs in their daily work and participate in customer meetings when appropriate
  • Make tactical decisions together with the Sales Director regarding the focus areas for Sales Development

Requirements:

  • Experience selling B2B software solutions within the SaaS or a similar market
  • Previous line management and team leadership experience within a Sales team
  • A proven track record of managing customer and stakeholder relationships, as well as meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • The ability to work with data in a structured way to inform decision-making and scale actions for effective results
  • Strong collaboration skills and a proven ability to build high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English
  • other major European languages are a plus (Swedish is not required)

Nice to have:

Bachelor's or Master's degree (field not important)
