They are seeking a Sales Manager to be responsible for driving project-led sales growth and expanding market presence. This role is critical in securing major specifications and converting opportunities across consultant and contractor networks. Success will be defined by the ability to build a strong project pipeline, influence key decision-makers, and consistently convert opportunities into profitable revenue. This is a senior, commercially focused role with full ownership of project sales performance across key sectors including commercial, residential, hospitality, and government projects. The Sales Manager will lead business development efforts, manage strategic accounts, and oversee the complete sales cycle, from lead generation through to conversion and repeat business. The role requires strong leadership capability, market insight, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable commercial outcomes in the UAE market.
Job Responsibility
Identify and secure new project opportunities across key UAE sectors, driving consistent pipeline growth
Build and maintain relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, and key stakeholders to drive product specification
Manage the full project sales cycle from lead generation to order conversion and repeat business
Develop and execute pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and margin protection
Manage key accounts and convert project-based clients into long-term strategic partners
Collaborate with marketing to maximize lead generation, market visibility, and conversion effectiveness
Lead and mentor sales team members, ensuring strong pipeline discipline and performance tracking
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution, delivery, and issue resolution
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to inform strategic decisions
Maintain accurate reporting on pipeline, forecasts, and collections while ensuring compliance with company policies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
7-10 years of sales experience within the building materials, interiors, or project-based industries in the UAE
Proven track record in project sales, specification selling, and contractor/consultant engagement
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing pricing, margins, and pipeline forecasting
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop high-performing sales teams
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies
