As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for strategic relationship management, business development, proposal engineering, operational execution, and market intelligence for a construction solutions company.
Job Responsibility:
Strategic Relationship Management: Act as the primary consultant for construction system buyers, building long-term partnerships through tailored solutions and exceptional service for both sales and rentals
Business Development & Prospecting: Proactively identify and prioritize high-potential clients within assigned territories, using CRM tools to manage a robust sales pipeline and drive sustainable growth
Proposal & Solution Engineering: Develop competitive cost estimates and customized presentations that address specific client pain points while emphasizing cost-effective, high-value outcomes
Operational Execution: Oversee the full sales lifecycle—from finalizing contractual documentation and order processing to collaborating with internal teams for seamless delivery and payment collection
Market Intelligence & Growth: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies, expand market share, and contribute to company-wide professional development initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in construction/ civil engineering or equivalent
Have good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Able to perform effectively under pressure, make sound decisions, and handle sensitive information with discretion
