Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join the team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will focus on developing new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales for scaffolding/racking system solutions. You will work on growing market share and delivering technical solutions tailored to client needs.

Job Responsibility:

Identify and develop new sales opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs
Lead sales negotiations and ensure successful deal closures
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction
Stay updated on market trends, competitor movements, and customer needs
Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions

Requirements:

At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in scaffolding, racking, construction materials, or steel-related industries
Proven ability to manage client relationships and close sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and solution-selling skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
Holds a valid driving license and owns transport
