We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our business expansion efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling our core offerings—Oracle ERP/NetSuite services and our proprietary SaaS products. You will build high-level relationships with CXOs, manage the full sales lifecycle, and play a pivotal role in establishing Lonar Technologies as a leader in the enterprise solutions space.
Job Responsibility:
Own and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for Oracle ERP services, NetSuite implementations, and proprietary IT products
Identify and penetrate new market segments
generate a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, and industry events
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CFOs, CTOs, IT Directors) to understand their business challenges and position our solutions effectively
Lead the process from initial discovery and solution presentation to commercial negotiation and closing
Work closely with the technical and delivery teams to ensure feasibility of proposals and seamless handovers after the sale
Stay updated on ERP trends, competitor activity, and the Oracle/NetSuite ecosystem to provide strategic feedback to the product development team
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in B2B IT Sales or Business Development, with a proven track record in selling ERP (Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics) or high-ticket Enterprise Software
Strong understanding of ERP lifecycles, Cloud/SaaS models, and Digital Transformation concepts
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
ability to articulate complex technical value propositions to non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Business. An MBA in Sales & Marketing is highly preferred
An existing network within the Manufacturing, Finance, or Healthcare sectors in the Mumbai/Western India region is a major plus
