We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and lead sales efforts for our service-based organization in Springdale, Ohio. This role combines strategic planning, customer relationship management, and team leadership to achieve ambitious sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and the ability to manage both new business development and existing client portfolios.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue from new and existing customers
Actively prospect and qualify leads to identify new business opportunities and close deals
Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring repeat business, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their unique needs
Collaborate with technical presales teams to deliver tailored solutions and compelling presentations
Oversee contract negotiations and pricing discussions to secure profitable agreements
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to sales team members, fostering a high-performance culture
Coordinate with sales administration to ensure accurate quotations, order processing, and reporting
Track and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to refine strategies
Report pipeline activity and sales forecasts to management, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, sales management, or business development
Proven ability to generate revenue from both new and existing customers
Experience in mentoring or managing sales staff effectively
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to collaborate with technical teams and translate solutions into customer value propositions
Proficiency in using HubSpot and other sales-related tools
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Analytical mindset to assess market trends and competitor activity
Must have experience with Financial Institutions to be considered
