Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share. Maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and key clients; act as a point of escalation to ensure customer satisfaction. Identify and acquire new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, industry events, and referrals. Prepare and present competitive quotes, pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules. Conduct pre- and post-sales consultations to ensure successful on-boarding and continued client engagement.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
Minimum 8 years of proven experience in VSAT sales
Strong understanding of VSAT products, solutions, and distribution ecosystems
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making is a plus
