Job Responsibility:
Promote Pro Plan Veterinary Diet product line
Grow Purina Veterinary business using innovative sales and marketing concepts
Call on existing and potential clients to create targeted sales and marketing programs
Develop and implement strategic business plans within assigned geography
Create positive Purina experience through consultative selling
Work cross-functionally with regional teams, distributor channel, and counterparts
Influence with integrity by identifying clinic business needs
Develop business relationships with key decision makers
Provide Nutritional Pet Food Diet expertise to Veterinarians and staff
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree required
1+ years of sales experience required
valid state driver’s license
satisfactory driving record
carry automobile insurance ($100,000 bodily injury liability per person, $300,000 bodily injury liability per occurrence, $50,000 property damage)
must be able to travel, including overnight as needed
must have reliable transportation
must be willing to relocate if not currently residing in territory
physical activities including frequent bending, reaching below waist and overhead, lifting items up to 40lbs, sitting and standing for extended periods
