The APCOA PARKING Group is Europe's leading full-service parking manager. As a private equity-backed company, we pursue an ambitious growth strategy and would like you to join us on our journey of digitalization as a Sales Manager Urban Hubs (m/f/d).

Job Responsibility:

  • Independently acquire new B2B partners and strategically develop existing partnerships around our parking garages
  • Coordinate the collaboration between different departments such as Operations, Sales, Product and Revenue Management to define the contractual framework of the partnerships
  • Support partners during the go-live phase, prioritize topics, and involve other stakeholders as needed
  • actively manage partners, including further development, cross-selling and upselling
  • Continuously monitor project progress and initiate appropriate measures to achieve the goals in case of deviations
  • Develop innovative solutions as a team that improve the user experience surrounding traditional parking and urban mobility

Requirements:

  • A completed degree in business administration, marketing or a comparable field – alternatively, equivalent commercial training
  • Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally in the areas of fleet solutions, SaaS, mobility services or comparable industries
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to solve complex challenges in a structured manner
  • Experience in using CRM systems and digital sales processes
  • the willingness to travel regularly within your sales region
