Job Description

Yotpo is looking for a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead and scale our SMB/MM sales team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of driving revenue growth while building and developing a high-performing team of Account Executives. You will oversee the full sales cycle, partner closely with Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders, and leverage data and AI-driven insights to continuously improve performance and efficiency. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is excited to shape both strategy and team success.

Job Responsibility

  • Be responsible for hitting the monthly and quarterly SMB/MM targets
  • Understand and help drive the end-to-end SMB/MM funnel in partnership with Marketing, ABM and Partner teams
  • Bring an AI centric approach to day-to-day workflow and team management contributing to Yotpo’s sales operation and enablement priorities
  • Not an IC role
  • Assume management responsibility of a team comprised of SMB/MM Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives that you will continue to develop and grow
  • Hire and train high-performing salespeople according to company values and methodology
  • Identify areas for growth in individuals on the existing team, collaborate with them to understand their own goals, and partner with them accordingly to strategize for obtaining these new skills and growing within the role
  • Work alongside the Head of EMEA to identify and execute upon new opportunities for team and company-wide training, development and motivational initiatives
  • Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis with your subsequent recommendations and needs
  • Implement performance plans according to company procedures
  • Embody company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement
  • Ensure the correct usage of CRM, MEDDIC and other sales tools and methodologies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Account Executive team management and/or Sales Development team management experience
  • 5+ years in an Account Executive role
  • within SaaS and marketing industries preferred
  • Data-driven, and accustomed to making decisions and strategies based upon those numbers
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Hardworking, persistent, and dependable
  • Extra kudos for having a Bachelor’s degree
