Our client is a highly respected, market-leading distributor and solution provider of premium food ingredients. Known for their innovation and deep technical expertise, they partner with world-class global manufacturers to deliver top-tier functional ingredients across the food and beverage industry. Due to continued expansion in their industrial manufacturing portfolio, they are seeking a high-calibre Sales Manager to spearhead their B2B commercial division.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and nurture strong long-term relationships with food manufacturers and industry clients who use food ingredients
  • Hunt for new business opportunities to consistently hit monthly and annual sales targets
  • Manage sales strategies, pipeline reporting, and revenue forecasting
  • Initiate and drive collaborative product projects directly with clients

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales experience specifically within the food ingredients selling directly to food manufacturers
  • Good understanding of functional and food ingredients
  • Demonstrated track record of sales achievements
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related Business field
  • Self-motivated and possessing strong negotiation skills to navigate B2B sales
  • Able to travel within Malaysia for work
