Job Responsibility

  • Responsible to develop business, new Customers, Customer management and value creation from existing Customers
  • Lead a team of Sales engineers assigned for a specific Sales region
  • Develop competency of Sales engineers
  • Work In conjunction with tendering managers to develop strategy for bidding to win
  • Market Sulzer pumps offering for Customer across India

Requirements

  • 8+ Years of experience in Sales / Application Engg of Pumps (preferred) or Compressors or rotating equipment for Engineered applications with experience on Process Engineering for Oil & Gas
  • Good written and verbal communications
  • Experience in Value Selling
  • Enjoys travel and penchant for networking
  • Market analysis
  • B.E (Mechanical) qualified with proven expertise in developing strategies and driving continuous improvement

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned OEM accounts and ensure long-term relationship management
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Deployment, and Marketing teams to deliver partnership commitments
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic OEM partnerships and channel collaborations
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and OEM requirements within the EV ecosystem
  • Prepare business forecasts, partnership pipelines, and regular account performance reports
  • Represent Bolt.Earth at industry events, EV expos, and OEM stakeholder meetings
