Job Responsibility
Drive sales and revenue growth for SkamoWall, SkamoEnclosure, and SkamoStove across France and the Benelux
Identify, develop, and grow target market segments and key customers aligned with current and future company capabilities
Position and promote Skamol as a global brand within the professional technical insulation and building materials market
Build strong presence and penetration within professional distribution networks for building materials
Visit, train, and educate craftsmen and installers on system advantages, applications, and benefits
Engage, train, and advise architects to identify relevant projects and ensure product specification
Act as a trusted technical and commercial advisor across the renovation value chain
Conduct price and contractual negotiations with customers and partners
Deliver webinars and product presentations to support sales and market education
Ensure structured and consistent use of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline and customer data
Represent the company at technical trainings, trade fairs, and industry events
Collaborate internally to support sustainable and long-term market growth in the assigned region
Requirements
Master’s degree in Building Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent technical education
Relevant experience as an external B2B tech salesperson, preferably within the building or construction industry
Proven ability to sell to craftsmen, architects, and professional distribution channels
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage confidently with architects, consultants, and construction professionals
Highly self-organized and autonomous, comfortable spending up to 60% of the time in customer visits
Fluency in French, with strong English skills both oral and written
Experience working in an international organization and navigating structured, professional sales environments
