As we expand our global footprint, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales leader to establish our brand and drive growth in the key markets of Indonesia and the Philippines.
Job Responsibility:
Channel Development & Management: Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage a network of importers, distributors, and key retailers/dealers in both Indonesia and the Philippines
Project & Specification Sales: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key architects, designers, property developers (hospitality, commercial, high-end residential), and main contractors to drive product specification ('spec-in') for major projects
Sales & Revenue Growth: Take full ownership of the regional sales quota, developing and executing a strategy to drive market share and achieve ambitious revenue targets
Market Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing. Develop and implement a localized go-to-market strategy tailored to the unique channel and project landscapes of each country
Partner Training & Support: Provide comprehensive product training, sales support, and marketing assistance to channel partners to ensure their success and advocacy for our brand
Brand & Market Evangelism: Represent the company at industry trade shows, architectural events, and partner meetings to build brand awareness and a strong market presence
Forecasting & Reporting: Manage the sales pipeline, provide accurate sales forecasts, and deliver regular reports on market activity to senior management
Travel: This role requires significant travel (up to 60%) within and between Indonesia and the Philippines
Requirements:
8-10+ years of B2B sales experience
At least 3-5 years in a regional or senior sales role within the building materials, architectural products, flooring, construction, or home improvement industry
Documented history of exceeding sales quotas and successfully building or managing distribution channels
Deep, demonstrable experience and a strong business network in both Indonesia and the Philippines
Strong channel management expertise
Proven success in project-based and specification sales
A 'hunter' mentality with a passion for building a new market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Fluency in English is required
Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Tagalog is a significant advantage
A self-motivated, organized, and entrepreneurial leader who can operate independently and effectively in a remote/field-based role
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
