We are looking for a talented Sales Manager for a established MNC that specializes in automation and conveyer services. Reporting to: Managing Director. Location: Kuala Lumpur. Excellent employee compensation and benefits.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage sales and distributor relationships within assigned regions, including recruiting and developing new channel partners
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to drive regional growth and profitability
  • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies, including channel business plans and partner negotiations
  • Build strong customer relationships through proactive engagement, after-sales support, and participation in marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, contracts, and solutions aligned with client requirements
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by maintaining a strong sales pipeline and territory growth plan

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree/ diploma or equivalent sales training or experience
  • Availability for regular business travel
  • Extensive business-to-business sales experience, preferably in conveyer or automation industries
  • Excellent planning & organizational skills
