Job Responsibility:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals to consistently achieve and exceed targets
Design and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence and unlock new revenue streams
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and key stakeholders
Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring structured execution of sales processes and best practices
Drive team performance by removing obstacles, resolving challenges, and fostering a high-performance culture
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions aligned with client business needs
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise software or IT solutions sales
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or team management role
Strong experience managing complex, long sales cycles in a consultative selling environment
Ability to understand client challenges and translate them into solution-based outcomes
Experience working with partners and managing strategic accounts
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Willingness to travel as required
Open to Malaysian citizens only
