At Enertis Applus+, we are looking for a Sales Manager QA/QC-Testing to join our Quality and Testing teams, located in Italy.
Job Responsibility:
Selling technical quality assurance and control solutions—including factory audits, module inspections (EL/Flash testing), and site quality supervision and testing )—to clients
Ensure clients' PV assets meet the highest performance and durability standards
Business Development (Solar): Identify and capture sales opportunities for QA/QC and Testing services across the solar value chain (from procurement to commissioning)
Technical Advisory: Educate clients on the importance of quality control for project bankability and long-term LCOE reduction
Tailored Proposals: Lead the creation of technical bids for factory inspections (TPI) of modules, inverters, and trackers, as well as pre-shipment audits
Strategic Partnerships: Build relationships with key stakeholders in the renewable energy industry, including technical advisors, lenders, and manufacturers
Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle in the CRM, providing accurate revenue forecasts for the renewable energy business unit
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering is highly preferred
Minimum 3–5 years in technical sales within the photovoltaic industry or TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) sector
Familiarity with PV technology and utility-scale construction phases
Strong network within the renewable energy ecosystem
Ability to negotiate high-value service contracts with a wide variety of clients
English will be a plus
