Job Description:

At Enertis Applus+, we are looking for a Sales Manager QA/QC-Testing to join our Quality and Testing teams, located in Italy.

Job Responsibility:

  • Selling technical quality assurance and control solutions—including factory audits, module inspections (EL/Flash testing), and site quality supervision and testing )—to clients
  • Ensure clients' PV assets meet the highest performance and durability standards
  • Business Development (Solar): Identify and capture sales opportunities for QA/QC and Testing services across the solar value chain (from procurement to commissioning)
  • Technical Advisory: Educate clients on the importance of quality control for project bankability and long-term LCOE reduction
  • Tailored Proposals: Lead the creation of technical bids for factory inspections (TPI) of modules, inverters, and trackers, as well as pre-shipment audits
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build relationships with key stakeholders in the renewable energy industry, including technical advisors, lenders, and manufacturers
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle in the CRM, providing accurate revenue forecasts for the renewable energy business unit

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering is highly preferred
  • Minimum 3–5 years in technical sales within the photovoltaic industry or TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) sector
  • Familiarity with PV technology and utility-scale construction phases
  • Strong network within the renewable energy ecosystem
  • Ability to negotiate high-value service contracts with a wide variety of clients
  • English will be a plus
