The position is accountable for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities. Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery. Assists in leading all day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives. Achieves personal sales goals.

  • Generate new business and nurture existing client relationships, responding to inquiries, conducting site inspections and hosting entertainment at Food & Beverage Outlets
  • Track and manage sales activities, maintaining proper client records, and being able to travel for Hotel's proposed sales trips where required
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, negotiating sales contracts, and working closely with the Conference Services team to ensure the smooth execution of Group events
  • Client engagement, communication, successful planning and relationship building are core aspects of this role
