Job Responsibility:
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the commercial vehicle and sanitary ware sectors to expand market share
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve year-on-year growth targets
Build and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers at industry-leading manufacturers
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to highlight the superior performance of our material solutions
Lead contract negotiations and manage pricing strategies to ensure long-term profitability
Coordinate with the manufacturing and R&D teams to customize products for specific client applications
Monitor market trends and competitor movements to provide actionable insights to management
Manage the end-to-end sales process, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, specifically in the plastics or specialty materials industry
Demonstrated knowledge of terminal applications in commercial vehicles or the bathroom/sanitary industry
Highly motivated, results-oriented personality with a strong drive for business development
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Flexibility and willingness to undertake frequent domestic travel to meet clients and visit factory sites
Strong professional ethics and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
