Drive Strategic Channel Growth: Lead the charge in shaping and executing high-impact pharmacy channel strategies, identifying untapped opportunities in independent pharmacies and regional chains to aggressively expand our market footprint
Mastermind In-Store Excellence: Champion a "gold standard" for retail execution by overseeing planogram compliance, ensuring our brand dominates the shelf and outpaces the competition
Lead & Inspire High-Performance Teams: Act as a mentor and coach to a dedicated sales force, utilizing field coaching and Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) KPIs to transform representatives into top-tier commercial professionals

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing or Business
Minimum 3-5 years of sales management experience, specifically within OTC, Consumer Healthcare or FMCG pharmacy channels
Track record of success in pharmacy channel sales and distribution
Hands-on, execution-focused leader who takes full ownership of results and is able to work independently
