Job Responsibility

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Drive the execution of brand strategies and exceed sales targets for a high-impact portfolio within the cardiovascular therapeutic areas across Johor region
  • Team Development & Coaching: Lead, mentor, and field-coach sales team to build a high-performance, accountable, and motivated sales culture
  • Key Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers, including general doctors, healthcare specialists and pharmacists
  • Territory & Business Growth: Develop strategic territory business plans to identify new growth opportunities and manage key hospital and clinic accounts
  • Market Intelligence & Compliance: Gather critical market insights to support forecasting while ensuring all promotional activities strictly adhere to industry codes and company compliance standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any Science disciplines
  • Requires a minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with deep industry knowledge, including at least 4 years in a sales leadership role (preferred)
  • Demonstrated expertise in the Johor healthcare and pharmaceutical market, with the ability to navigate local networks and drive strategic execution across the territory
  • Possess a valid driving license
