Job Responsibility:
Lead & Develop Team: Supervise, train, and develop a team of 8 Sales Executives to consistently exceed annual sales targets
Strategic Growth Driver: Implement strategic plans for key customers, analyze market data, and actively pursue new business and tender opportunities to maximize sales return
Operational Excellence: Achieve individual sales targets, ensure effective utilization of resources and the Sales Force Automation system, and maintain compliance across the team
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in any Science disciplines
Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
Possess valid driving license
Must have a minimum of five years' experience in Pharmaceutical Sales
Requires strong coaching, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
