Job Responsibility:
Strategic Market Penetration: Leverage an established network of high-level contacts across GP clinics and hospital channels to accelerate product adoption and secure immediate market entry for the portfolio
KOL & Stakeholder Advocacy: Utilize existing professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and specialist physicians to drive brand advocacy, hospital formulary inclusions, and prescription growth within the ethical segment
High-Performance Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Medical Representatives, coaching them on how to effectively penetrate complex hospital accounts and navigate the decision-making hierarchies of private and public healthcare facilities
Commercial Growth & Compliance: Execute data-driven sales plans to meet revenue targets while ensuring all team activities maintain the highest standards of ethical promotion and strict adherence to pharmaceutical regulatory codes
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in any Science disciplines
Proven ability to leverage deep doctor rapport to drive immediate market entry and product adoption
Track record of navigating hospital hierarchies to secure listings and specialist endorsements
