Job Responsibility:
Strategic Market Expansion: Lead the charge in identifying and securing new business opportunities, with a strategic focus on penetrating and establishing a strong brand presence in both the Sabah and Brunei market
Team Leadership & Performance: Supervise, mentor, and drive a high-performing sales team to consistently meet and exceed regional KPIs through active coaching and performance management
Relationship Management: Build and maintain influential partnerships with key healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and distributors to ensure long-term growth and brand loyalty across the territory
Market Intelligence & Analysis: Monitor regional market trends and competitor activity to develop data-driven sales strategies and provide actionable insights for cross-border expansion
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any Science disciplines
Minimum 3 years of experience within the pharmaceutical sales sector
Track record of success in both ethical and pharmacy channel sales and distribution
Hands-on, execution-focused leader who takes full ownership of results and is able to work independently
