We’re looking for a motivated and relationship-driven individual with a strong interest in surgical technologies to support our Sales Team in expanding our footprint in these specialized fields. As a Sales Manager, you’ll receive hands-on training and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibility:
Become an expert in Brainlab’s orthopedic planning and endovascular navigation portfolio
Demonstrate solutions both in person and online, showcasing clinical value through interactive demos, workshops, and webinars
Build successful and trusting relationships with customers and partners, helping them select the solutions that best suit their needs
Represent Brainlab at congresses, symposia, and professional events to strengthen brand visibility and engagement
Actively pursue new business opportunities, from lead generation to successful implementation
Collaborate closely with colleagues from Regional Sales, Product Management, and Application Consulting to align strategy and execution
Manage the complete sales cycle, including quotations, tender responses, and documentation for RfPs
Drive market growth and strengthen Brainlab’s position in orthopedic and vascular surgery through proactive engagement
Maintain a professional and innovative image of Brainlab with customers, competitors, and colleagues
Requirements:
A highly motivated and self-driven professional, ready to take the next step in shaping the future of digital surgery
Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clinicians and partners
Clinical, technical, or sales experience in medical technology – ideally in orthopedics, vascular surgery, or interventional radiology
Willingness to travel extensively across the EMEA region and engage directly with customers
Fluent in German and English
