As a Sales Manager - Mobility, you will inspire and guide a top-performing Mid Markets sales team to exceed their goals. By fostering effective client relationships and leading pivotal sales initiatives, you will maximize team success and ensure objectives are achieved. Job Responsibility

  • Lead and Develop Sales Teams: Direct, supervise, and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and feedback to optimize individual and team performance
  • Drive Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business, expand existing accounts, and achieve revenue targets
  • Manage Key Client Relationships: Oversee and nurture relationships with key clients, participate in complex negotiations, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Optimize Territory Performance: Allocate and manage sales territories to ensure optimal coverage and maximize business opportunities
  • Oversee Team Operations: Execute sales plans, assign tasks, monitor adherence to company policies, and influence hiring and promotional decisions within your team

Requirements

  • 8+ years of related sales experience, including experience with business-to-business sales
  • Proven Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales teams to achieve or exceed targets
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Strong skills in developing and implementing effective sales strategies
  • Client Relationship Management: Expertise in building, maintaining, and expanding client relationships
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess performance, resolve complex issues, and drive continuous improvement
  • Sales Operations Experience: Familiarity with territory management, resource allocation, and sales plan execution
  • Product and Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of AT&T's solutions and market positioning in connectivity, technology, and communications
  • Decision-Making: Experience with hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
  • Track Record of Success: Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a complex business environment
