Job Responsibility:
Responsible for new client acquisition (Business Development, BD), actively expanding the Tier 1 automotive parts customer base to achieve business growth targets
Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and securing increased share of business
Provide professional metal materials and product solutions based on customer needs, assisting in technical negotiation and solution implementation
Closely monitor industry trends and market changes, supporting the company's product strategy and sales planning
Manage all phases of the sales process, including quotation, contract negotiation, and project follow-up, to ensure achievement of sales performance
Requirements:
Possess a background in metal materials or related engineering field, with an understanding of metal component manufacturing and application
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the automotive supply chain or B2B industrial sales
Proactive and driven, with a strong willingness and ability for business development (BD)
Possess good working English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) to effectively communicate with international clients
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, capable of completing sales tasks independently
